ABOUT T&T LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT
T&T Lifestyle Management was born right here in Jupiter, Florida, from a simple idea: local homeowners deserve a better option. As Jupiter natives, we’ve watched our hometown grow—and we’ve also seen how easily smaller projects can get overlooked, overpriced, or pushed aside by large companies chasing the next big job.
We wanted to do things differently.
T&T was created to bring the focus back to the homeowner, the project, and the community. From renovations and custom living spaces to those smaller projects that can completely transform the way you enjoy your home, we believe every idea deserves attention—regardless of its size.
Our goal is to create spaces that are unique, functional, fun, and genuinely yours, while giving our neighbors the personal attention and straightforward service that can be hard to find in today's construction industry.
We aren't interested in being the biggest company in town.
We want to be the local company you trust to build something awesome.
📍 Proudly born & built in Jupiter, Florida
1. We Build It
2. We Manage It
For projects that fall within T&T's hands-on capabilities, your dad can take the project from idea to finished product. Exterior improvements, shell-related construction, custom outdoor projects, interior buildouts, repairs, installations, upgrades, and those weird projects where a homeowner doesn't even know who they're supposed to call.
For larger or more specialized projects, T&T becomes the homeowner's point person. Your dad can help evaluate the scope, develop and review bids, coordinate subcontractors and specialty trades, oversee scheduling and execution, troubleshoot problems, and keep the project moving. That's where his experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects becomes a massive selling point.
3. We Coordinate It
Not every project needs a massive construction company. Sometimes someone just needs a knowledgeable person who can figure out what needs to happen, find the right people, organize everyone, and make sure the damn thing gets done correctly. That's a legitimate service in itself.
And then your mom ties the entire experience together: initial contact, planning, scheduling, coordination, communication, design input, selections, organization, and keeping the client from having to chase five different people.
Meet the T’s Behind T&T
Todd & Tamara
A husband-and-wife team who have been building, creating, planning, problem-solving, and somehow turning “I have an idea…” into “Okay, let’s make it happen” for years.
Todd is the builder, problem solver & project guy.
With experience managing projects ranging from small custom jobs to multi-million-dollar builds, he knows how to look at a project and figure out what it takes to get it done. He can build and tackle projects himself, coordinate specialty trades, help bid larger jobs, manage subcontractors, oversee construction, and keep all the moving pieces moving.
Tamara is the organizer, coordinator & creative behind the scenes.
She’s often the first person you’ll talk to and the one helping turn all those ideas into an actual plan. From scheduling and communication to planning, coordinating, design ideas and keeping everyone on the same page, she helps make the process feel a whole lot less overwhelming. And yes… she’s been known to put the gloves on and get her hands dirty too.
Together, they created T&T Lifestyle Management for the projects that don't always fit neatly into a box.
